And now we continue…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
As such, when a particular diet has been chosen, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It’ll probably have you returning to the very beginning.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Items that one program encourages, some other program is likely going to forbid. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And one thing is clear… Food-based videos are usually quite difficult to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
You’ll probably recognize this as conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Until we meet again,
– ½ over-ripe medium banana
– 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
– 3 eggs
– 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder (optional, but recommended)
– ½ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional, but recommended)
1. Add all ingredients in a blender. Keep in mind that the banana must be over-ripe to bring enough sweetness to our pancakes.
2. Blend until everything is well combined.
3. Warm a non-stick fry pan and grease it a little bit with coconut oil.
4. Pour around ¼ of a cup of this mixture, letting it cook for like a minute, then flip to the other side.
5. Keep doing that until your batter is gone. This recipe will give you 6 small pancakes.
6. It’s done! Serve it warm, with some butter and extra bananas.
