There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. It can be overwhelming to decide.

As such, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You’re very likely to wind up starting all over again.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And there’s really only one reason why…

Food that one diet plan disallows, some other diet program 100 percent allows. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s make no mistake about it… Food videos are usually pretty knee-weakening. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

You’ll probably recognize this as the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Head on over to the Low Carb recipes category page right here on the site. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. Compile these bookmarks into an entirely new bookmark folder called “Low Carb Meal Vids,” or whatever you decide on.

2 cup Blanched almond flour
2 tsp Gluten-free baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
2 large Egg (beaten)
1/3 cup Butter (measured solid, then melted; can use ghee or coconut oil for dairy-free)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients.
Scoop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the lined baking sheet (a cookie scoop is the fastest way). Form into rounded biscuit shapes (flatten slightly with your fingers).
Bake for about 15 minutes, until firm and golden. Cool on the baking sheet.
