INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsps. of heavy whipping cream
  • Saltand pepper to taste
  • 1/8 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/8 cup chopped red peppers
  • 1/8 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon slice

 DIRECTIONS

  1. Crack the eggsto a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the cream, saltand pepper to taste and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle in the green peppers, red peppers, onions, spinach, cheeses, and bacon and mix well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into each of the silicone molds.
  5. Cook the egg bites cups for 12-15 minutes on 300 degrees in air fryer.
  6. Once cooked remove from air fryer.
  7. Serve with keto coffee.
  8. Enjoy!
