BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2–3 tbsps. avocado oil
  • 1 lb. chicken wings with skin

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Mix together all spices in bowl.
  2. Coat spices mixture over chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Grease baking tray with cooking oil and place wings in preheated oven about 30-35 minutes.
  1. Once cooked remove from oven.
  2. Serve with tomato slice and lemon wedges.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
