BBQ CHICKEN WINGS . KETO FRIENDLY.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 oz. keto BBQ sauce
  • 4 tbsps. avocado oil
  • 1 oz. sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Add chicken wings, lemon juice, avocado oil, BBQ sauce, pepper, and salt in mixing bowl.
  2. Coat all ingredients over chicken and marinate it for 2 hours in fridge.
  3. After margination, preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  4. Transfer wings to a greased baking try, and bake for 30 minutes until wings are cooked.
  5. Remove wings from the oven, allow to slightly cool, and serve with chopped fresh parsley, sesame seeds and lemon slice.
