hey guys welcome back to my channel today I’m sharing a summer weight loss belly fat burning drink this refreshing fat burning drink can be had as a morning drink and it’s easy to make especially on those busy mornings so let’s get started with the recipe I’m using 1 medium sized koo kumba and i am peeling off the skin and then slice the cucumber into half and then with a spoon just scoop out the seeds repeat the same process with the other half and then chop the cucumber into small pieces into my blender I’m adding in 1/2 cup water the chopped cucumber pieces 1 inch fresh ginger 3 to 4 sprigs of fresh mint leaves squeezed in half a lemon and blend everything for a minute or until everything is nicely mixed pour the blended juice into a cup through a strainer add in 1 and 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar I have shared many videos on the health benefits of apple cider vinegar I will update the links in the description box below so please do check them out to know more about the health benefits of apple cider vinegar always remember to use apple cider vinegar which has the mother the mother is actually a good bacteria so always try to make sure that you use apple cider vinegar which has the mother now mix everything well and pour this amazing fat-burning drink into a serving glass have this drink first thing in the morning or about 30 to 40 minutes before breakfast you can also have this as a bedtime drink so guys do try this amazing fat-burning drink and share your results with me don’t forget to like comment and share this video with family and friends thank you for watching and until next time take care bye bye
