These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

For this reason, once you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You may find yourself needing to start all over again.

It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

You’ll typically tend to develop cravings for whichever foods your particular diet won’t let you consume, which some other diet 100% allows. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth here. Food-based videos can oftentimes be pretty damned knee-weakening. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.

At the end of the day, it makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

This is surely the world’s most popular weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

-1 small can of coconut milk (about 270 ml)
-40 g powdered stevia
-280 g mixed berries

-Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
-Pour mixture into ice cube trays to freeze overnight
-Once frozen, add desired amount of cubes (1/4 of the mixture is one serve) to a blender and crush for 1 to 2 minutes, stopping a couple of times to scrape down the sides of the blender ***make sure your blender is able to crush ice***

Serves 4

Macros per serve: (to be used as a guide only)

Protein: 2.4g
Fat: 16.5g
Sat fat: 14.6g
Carbs: 7.8g
Sugar: 6g
Fibre: 3g
