8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese

4 tbsp. Almond Flour

4 tbsp. Butter, melted

3 tbsp. Psyllium Husk Powder

1 large Egg

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Black pepper

1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/8 tsp. Onion Powder

10 slices Bacon

1 cup Oil, Lard or Tallow (for frying)


For 40-50 seconds microwave half of your cheese until melted. Microwave butter for 15 -20 seconds until melted. Add to cheese. Add egg. Mix together and add Psyllium husk, almond flour and spices. Mix well. Pour dough onto a Silat. Roll into a rectangle. Place rest of cheese on top. Fold in half horizontally and then another half vertically and crimp edges to form into a rectangle. Cut into 20 squares. Wrap each piece in bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Heat oil to 350-375 degrees. Fry each for 1-3 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Protein: 5 g

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

I believe that the moment you’ve decided on a particular diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You could very well find yourself needing to start all over.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth here. Food videos can oftentimes be pretty seductive. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

No doubt that this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
