There are obviously many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
It’s for this reason that, as soon as you’ve committed to a diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re likely to wind up starting all over, from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest here. Recipe videos are often pretty tough to resist. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is clearly conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
