BROCCOLI & CHICKEN QUICHE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chicken cubes boil
  • 16 oz. broccoli florets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
  2. Arrange chicken cubes and broccoli in greased quiche dish.
  3. Sprinkle chopped parsley over it.
  4. Mix cream, cheese, salt and pepper in bowl until combined well.
  1. Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
  2. Bake it in oven for about 30 minutes, or until the quiche is completely set.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy.
