CHICKEN FILLET WITH SPINACH – KETO RECIPE.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsps. paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsps. avocado oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Make 3 inch round chicken and spinach patties.
  1. Heat your 10-inch skillet over medium heat, add oil.
  2. Once oil is hot, add chicken and spinach patties in pan and fry over medium heat.
  3. Once cooked serve in plate with tomatoes slice and enjoy.
