Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

I believe that as soon as you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You just may end up needing to start all over.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Does this make sense?

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

You most often develop a pretty powerful appetite for whatever items your chosen diet plan doesn’t permit, which a completely different program allows. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Meal prep videos are, in many cases, pretty tough to resist. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

Makes sense to me. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

This, of course, is standard, conventional advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 50 grams Onion
  • 80 grams Capsicum
  • 5 grams Ginger
  • 5 grams garlic
  • 20 grams Spring Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Chilly Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  •  Salt to Taste
  •  Pepper to taste


  1. Cut the paneer into big chunks, season with salt & pepper.
  2. Fry till golden brown on either side and cut into bite size pieces
  3. Fry the ginger and garlic and green chilli in a wok
  4. Add in the onions and capsicum
  5. Add in the vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and some water
  6. Cook for 2 minutes and add in the paneer
  7. Cook till all the liquid is dried up.
  8. Garnish with spring onion greens
  9. Serve HOT!
