So let’s chat a bit…

There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. It can be overwhelming to decide.

Therefore, when a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You’re likely to find yourself back at the drawing board.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

This is extremely important.

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…

Foods that one program forbids you to consume, another, seemingly equally legitimate diet program encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And one thing is clear… Meal prep videos are, in many cases, quite tough to resist. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

Makes sense to me. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.

No doubt that this is conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!

But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
