There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

It’s for this reason that, as soon as a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You could very well end up back at the drawing board.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not BS ourselves. Meal prep videos can be completely irresistible. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

At the end of the day, it makes sense. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

Clearly, this is common-sense weight loss. It probably earned its right to be!

Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
