There are obviously many diet plans in the world. It can be overwhelming to decide.

It’s for this reason that, once you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start menu planning, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You’re quite likely to wind up starting all over.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. The grass always seems greener on the other side. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s tell the truth here. Meal prep videos are oftentimes 100 percent tempting. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.

I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.

This, of course, is the most popular weight loss model in existence. There’s probably good reason for this!

Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

1 can Coconut Milk
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
20 drops Liquid Stevia

Add coconut oil to a large mixing bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds to melt.
Add stevia and coconut milk to the warm coconut oil. Mix to combine.
Lastly, add coconut flakes and mix.
Pour into fat bomb molds and place in the freezer for 1 hour. Enjoy!
These fat bombs are best kept in the freezer.
