Coconut Milk Whipped Cream Recipe
1 Can of Coconut Milk
Place the can of coconut milk into the fridge until completely chilled, preferably overnight at least.
Once chilled, remove from the fridge, open the can and carefully move the coconut solids from the top of the tin to a large bowl. The liquid can be saved for use in smoothies.
Beat the coconut until it forms thickened whipped cream.
Enjoy immediately in place of whipped cream or store in the fridge.
