Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

Therefore, when the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You might wind up needing to start all over again.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

This is extremely important.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

Food that one eating plan permits, another, seemingly equally legit diet program will likely turn its nose up at. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s make no mistake about it… Food-based videos can oftentimes be unbelievably will-shattering. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.

This, of course, is standard, conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
