Servings: 12 servings
- 1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a coffee grinder or small food processor, process dried berries until they are a fine powder. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut butter, coconut oil, shredded coconut and sweetener. Stir frequently until all ingredients are well combined and melted.
- Pour about half of the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Add the raspberry powder to the remaining mixture in the pan and stir until well combined.
- Dollop the raspberry mixture overtop the coconut mixture in the pan and swirl with a knife. Freeze or refrigerate until set and then break into chunks.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
What one diet plan doesn’t let you consume, some other diet program totally allows. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest here. Recipe videos can be unbelievably will-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
No doubt that this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And you may not want to play around with those.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
