Fajitas, an easy and calorie friendly approach to the classic Mexican Fajita dish [Chilli & Lime style].
This fajita substitute the flour tortilla for a lettuce style wrap/bowl and in doing so greatly lowers the carbohydrates, calories and processed/refined ingredients within your meal. If you are too concerned about the tortilla you can use those also as the ingredients work perfectly in any sense… i must say though, the crunch and freshness added by the lettuce is a tough addition to beat!
Well, did you like watching the Fajitas video? I really hope so! I’m pretty happy to showcase it here. I personally think it looks pretty tasty!

Here’s the story…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
Therefore, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You could very well wind up in a position where you need to start all over from scratch.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
What one eating plan won’t allow, another, seemingly equally legit program 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s tell the truth. Cooking videos can oftentimes be ridiculously will-shattering. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
You’ll probably recognize this as the most popular weight loss model in existence. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
