FRIED FINGER CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsps. olive oil
  • 4 slice mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg, beaten 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. Once oil is hot, dip cheese slice in almond flour then in egg.
  3. Cook cheese slice in oil for 2-3 minutes.
  1. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese slice has nice golden color.
  2. Serve cheese slice in plate with sauce.
  3. Enjoy!
