FRIED HALLOUMI CHEESE WITH TOMATOES | KETO RECIPE|

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsps. avocado oil
  • 4 slice halloumi cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 tbsps. lemon juice
  • 3 tomatoes, half
  • Lettuce leaves 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. Once oil is hot, add cheese and cook over medium heat.
  3. Pour lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on medium high flame for about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Once cheese has nice golden color, remove from heat.
  6. Serve cheese slice in bowl with lettuce leaves and tomatoes.
  7. Enjoy!
