GELS WITH COCONUT CREAM

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • sesame seedsfor garnish
  • 2 oz. coconut cream 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. To a mixing bowl, add psyllium husk, ground flax seeds, baking powder, and salt, and mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add the water to the tahini, and whisk until combined.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet, and then knead to form the dough.
  5. Lay on your baking tray and cut a small circle from the middle of each round.
  6. Bake for around 30 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. To enjoy, cut in half and spread coconut cream.
  8. Enjoy!
