Alright, so let’s proceed…

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

I believe that when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You’re quite likely to wind up having to start all over from scratch.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.

It’s basic, but hugely important.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

On a low-sugar diet, you crave sweets. On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s call a spade a spade… Cooking videos can oftentimes be pretty difficult to resist. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

Seems pretty logical, really. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

Clearly, this is standard, conventional advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

8 tbsp butter, room temperature
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
50 drops liquid stevia
2 large eggs, room temperature
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8-inch spring form pan with coconut oil spray.

Add the butter, vanilla extract and eggs into a large mixing bowl and combine using a hand mixer.

Add the coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder and optionally the gelatin, and combine using a spatula.

Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese using a hand mixer.

Add in the vanilla extract, erythritol, stevia and eggs, and combine with the hand mixer until smooth.

Form the bottom layer (crust) into the bottom of the spring form pan using your hands.

Pour the top layer on top of the crust layer and give it a few taps to release the air bubbles.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. It’s ready to be taken out once the edges start to brown. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes.

Tip: Our preferred method of serving is after it has cooled for 2 hours bringing it to room temperature!.com.
