It’s a very high volume meal which is key when trying to lose weight (I will touch more on this in another video). This recipe would easily serve 2-3 people and will keep you full for a long period of time due to how much volume this recipe provides.

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
It’s for this reason that, when a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just bring you back to the starting line.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Menu items that one program permits, and perhaps even encourages, some totally different diet program will probably turn its nose up at. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And one thing is clear… Food-based videos can oftentimes be 100 percent will-shattering. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is clearly conventional weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
