As such, the moment you’ve decided on a particular diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just have you returning to the drawing board.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Menu items that one diet permits, an entirely different eating plan is likely going to banish. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s be honest here. Recipe videos can oftentimes be 100% irresistible. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This, of course, is the most popular weight loss model in existence. And this is for good reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
