For this reason, once a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start menu planning, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just return you to the very beginning.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On low-carb, you crave carbs. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s tell the truth here. Culinary videos can be pretty tempting. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.

Seems like pretty responsible advice. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

This, of course, is the most popular weight loss model in existence. There’s probably good reason for this!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Homemade Keto Chocolate Chips Ingredients
3 oz Food Grade Cocoa Butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
½ C Powdered Swerve Sweetener (or powder erythritol), sifted
⅔ C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, sifted
½ TSP Pure Vanilla Extract

Homemade Keto Chocolate Chips Instructions
In a large saucepan, over low heat, melt cocoa butter and unsweetened chocolate.
Whisk until smooth and completely melted.
Remove from heat and sift in powdered sweetener and cocoa powder.
Stir in vanilla extract and whisk until incorporated.
Work quickly to pour chocolate in 3 chocolate chips mold.
If not using a chocolate chip mold, grease an 8×8 baking dish and pour evenly into the pan, spreading in an even layer.
Refrigerate until set – chocolate mold will take approximately 10-15 minutes, a baking dish will take 30-45 minutes.
Remove from mold and place in a mason jar for storage.
Remove from baking dish and chop into pieces, store in airtight container or mason jar.
