hi guys I’m back with one more fast weight loss diet plan with which you can lose up to 1 kilo for one day you can watch this video in Hindi in my second channel Wikipedia and if you still haven’t subscribed and hit that subscribe button and the bin icon next to it to be a part of my family this diet plan is very effective and super easy to follow by homemakers students or even working people so let’s start with a cabbage soup take a pan and switch on the gas now add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil please do not use any other cooking oil now add 20 to 25 finely chopped garlic clove sort of the garlic cloves for half a minute and then add one chopped onion saute them to the become translucent after 2 minutes add 1 chopped carrot 30 for a minute and then add 1 sliced green capsicum also known as well pepper you can also go ahead and add red bell pepper or yellow bell pepper if you like keep them flying for 2 to 3 minutes and then add 1 chopped tomato now add some chopped stalks or stems of flat parsley instead of parsley you can also add coriander stems give a quick stir and then add finely sliced 500 grams of cabbage now to this add five cups of water and cover with a lid you can also add vegetable stock instead of water if you like the ingredients added are for soup sufficient for a day you can scale up the measurements is making for two days after few minutes add one teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt I am NOT going to add white salt as it retains the water in our body whereas in Milan pink salt helps us get rid of excess water now add less than 1 teaspoon of cracked black pepper you can also add a teaspoon of oregano spice for taste however it’s optional people who like spicy can go ahead and add either green chili or red chili flakes or even can defy few light now I had chopped parsley or coriander leaves whichever you like cover within it and then cook it for 10 minutes or until all the veggies are cooked you can choose the cooking level as per your taste if you still need some crunch in veggies then cook it accordingly if you’re wondering why I chose cabbage as the main ingredient then here it goes cabbage is too low in calories and high in dietary fiber the fiber controls the appetite and keeps sugar levels stable cabbage is available almost everywhere and throughout the year it’s also easy to prepare and cook once done shove the soup along with the veggies to a bowl sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley all coriander leaves and a cabbage soup is ready the second food item in the site plan is cabbage salad it’s a very easy preparation and is a very filling hold a snack to make this high-fiber salad I’ve taken around 200 grams of chopped cabbage in a bowl next and 1 chopped tomato along with few parsley or coriander leaves to this add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt or salt as per taste next time juice of 1 lemon mix on well and this makes a cabbage salad absolutely ready now I’m going to show you those and Don’s and how to follow this mean plan for effective results you can have this cabbage soup as many times you like but ensure to have at least 3 times the daily that is breakfast lunch and dinner replacing your normal meals whenever you feel hungry has cabbage salad you’re not allowed to eat anything else except cabbage soup and salad add green tea or green coffee instead of your regular make tea or coffee you can have water as you normally do all the ingredients added are essential and are very effective in weight loss and then help you achieve your weight loss design goals it’s a low-fat high-fiber diet so you will lose weight quickly and as the options are very limited you may get bored easily so follow this plan for 5 days and then give a break of 2 days in these 2 days ensure to eat healthy protein rich foods no junk oily etc you can again continue for 5 days to lose up to 10 kilos the site also works as a liver cleanse because it helps toxins to flush out from our body you’re free to add any other vegetable and the soup which are low in calories and not stretchy the plan is easy to prepare and does not need much time you can prepare in bulk and refrigerate just warm the soup before having this plan is ideal for people who live in hostel students or even working people so do try this simple yet effective mini plan for outstanding results don’t forget to subscribe and share this video whenever see you soon with a new weight-loss I plan till then let this fat cabbage make you slim and few days bye bye [Music]
