Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So the moment the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re very likely to end up back at the very beginning.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
You will generally tend to develop cravings for the foods and drinks that your current plan won’t allow you to consume, which some completely different plan totally permits, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s tell the truth. Culinary videos are usually quite tempting. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Seems pretty logical, really. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely standard, conventional advice. As well it should be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Low Carb Keto Pancake Ingredients:
Eggs: 2 Large
Almond Flour: 4 Tbsps Cup (39 grams)
Unflavored Whey ISOPURE 1 scoop (30g)
Baking Powder: 1 Tsp
Sugar-Free Maple Syrup: 3 Tbsps (40 grams)
Vanilla Extract: 1 Tsp
1 % Fat Small Curd No Salt Added Cottage Cheese: 1/4 Cup (40 grams)
Keto Pancake Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend for several minutes on high – the batter should be thick
Coat a pan with non-stick baking spray
Over medium heat add the batter to the pan – to make 4 pancakes try and make each one about 4 inches in diameter
Once bubbles start to appear flip the pancake
Cook 1-2 minutes on that side
Repeat until all batter is used
*NOTE: Do not use large curd cottage cheese. The cottage cheese needs to be as thick as possible, and not runny. USE SMALL CURD COTTAGE CHEESE.
