So here’s the story…

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

Therefore, the moment the choice has been made, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just return you to the beginning.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.

The importance of this cannot be overstated.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And there’s really only one reason why…

You’ll generally have cravings for whichever items your program won’t let you consume, which another diet fully encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s not kid ourselves. Food videos are, in many instances, 100% hard to resist. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

Makes sense to me. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!

This is surely conventional weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Filling/ 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 2/3 cup stevia, 2 eggs, 2 pinches salt, 1 tbsp vanilla
Topping/ 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp stevia
