KETO ALMOND WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS

4 oz. almond flour

5 eggs

1 tsp. stevia

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup almond butter, melted

3 tbsps. Almond milk

1 tsp avocado oil for greasing 

Directions:

  • Crack eggs in a small mixing bowl, and mix the eggs, almond flour, stevia, and baking powder.
  • Add the melted butter slowly to the flour mixture and mix well to ensure smooth consistency.
  • Add the almond milk and vanilla to the flour and butter mixture. Just be sure to mix well.
  • Preheat waffles machine according to manufacturer instruction and grease it with avocado oil.
  • Pour mixture into waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  • Dust powdered stevia on waffles and serve with some berries on the top.
