INGREDIENTS

3 ripe avocados

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup sesame paste

½ lemon juice

1 tsp. clove, pressed

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

 Directions:

  • Cut the avocados lengthwise and remove seed from the fruit.
  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend, until well incorporated.
  • Add more oil, lemon juice or water if you want to have a looser texture.
  • Adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Serve with keto chips.
