INGREDIENTS

2 pounds ground beef

8 oz. cheddar cheese shredded

1 tsp garlic, crushed

1 egg

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tbsp. olive oil

 Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, place all the ingredients and give them a good mix by using your hands.
  • Roll the meat and cheese mixture into 2-inch balls.
  • Heat your skillet over medium heat and add oil.
  • Once oil is hot, add meatballs in skillet and cook while covered for about 15- 20 minutes on medium heat.
  • Flip and cook from all sides until balls are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve the meatballs and enjoy.
