There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
It’s for this reason that, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just bring you back to the starting line.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Does this make sense?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
You will tend to develop cravings for whatever foods your current program won’t permit, which a completely different program permits, and perhaps even encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s make no mistake about it… Culinary videos are, in many cases, pretty will-shattering. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
It’s the world’s most popular weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Recipe for Chicken Zoodle Soup
Using 8 Quart Instant Pot
Ingredients for Chicken Cooked in instant Pot
6 Bone in Chicken Thighs
cooked for 30 minutes on Manual in Instant Pot with 32 oz of
Chicken Broth, 20 ounces of water and 2 tsp of salt
Then let cool off and debone chicken
Ingredients for Soup
3 stalks of celery diced
16 ounces of mushrooms sliced
2 small onions diced
2 med zucchini zoodled (lol)
2 cans sliced or diced carrots
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
add all vegetables to deboned and diced chicken. Do not add zucchini in at this time. Cook veggies and chicken on manual for 10 minutes. Let come down from pressure, put it back on saute mode and add zucchini noodles and let them cook for 5 minutes or so. Serve and Enjoy!!
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Cut in half, cover with your choice of oils, salt and pepper and roast for 20-30 minutes on 400 degrees. Then add Kraft Parmesan Cheese (Powdered) on it and serve and enjoy!
