INGREDIENTS                                                                                                      

2 cup coconut cream

1 tsp. stevia

2 cups heavy whipping cream

2 cups blueberries and strawberries

1 cup strawberries for topping

1 cup blueberries for topping

1 cup raspberries for topping 

Directions:

  • Mix stevia, 2 cups blueberries, strawberries, cream cheese, and coconut cream in high speed blender, until well combined.
  • Pour mixture in circular cake container and freeze for 3-4 hours in freezer. Until harden.
  • Remove from refrigerator and transfer into serving plate.
  • Arrange raspberries, strawberries and blueberries in circular way on the top of cake.
  • Server immediately and enjoy.
