3/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2/3 cup coconut oil, divided

1/2 cup boiling water

1 cup stevia sugar

2 eggs

1 1/3 cups almond flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 8-inch square baking pan with coconut oil.
  • Mix cocoa powder and baking soda together in a mixing bowl. Add half of the cup coconut oil and boiling water in cocoa mixture and mix well. Add rest of the coconut oil, stevia and eggs in mixture and blend with electric beater.
  • Fold almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt into the batter.
  • Pour batter into the greased pan.
  • Bake it in the preheated oven until brownies are baked well.
  • Let cool on room temperature and cut into 12 equal squares.
