These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

So when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just return you to the starting line.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Know what I mean?


In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

You’re gonna typically develop cravings for those foods that your specific program won’t permit, which some completely different system totally permits. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And let’s be honest here. Food videos are, in many instances, extremely irresistible. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.

I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!

This is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Ingredients (5 Servings)

For Chicken Dumplings
500 grams Chicken mince
25 grams onion (grated)
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Spring Onion
5 grams Fresh Coriander
10 Cabbage Leaves
Schizuan Pepper Powder
Pandan powder
Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
For Dipping Sauce
1 Tsp Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
1 Tsp olive oil
1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
Juice of half a lime
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

For Chicken Dumplings
Peel the cabbage leaves and boil in water for 5 minutes till tender
Mix the chicken mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, spring onion, coriander and spices
Stuff the cabbage leaves with the mince filling and roll into dumplings
Steam for 10 minutes over boiling water.
Serve with dipping sauce.
For Dipping Sauce
Mix everything together
