CHICKEN & SPINACH FILLET

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsps. paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsps. avocado oil 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Mixture should be thick enough to make patties
  3. Make 3 inch round chicken and spinach patties.
  4. Heat your 10-inch skillet over medium heat, add oil.
  5. Once oil is hot, add patties in pan and fry over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  1. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Once cooked remove from heat.
  3. Serve with tomato slice and enjoy!
