INGREDIENTS

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 oz. heavy cream

1 teaspoon Stevia Glycerite

1 teaspoon (packet) Splenda or other powdered or liquid low carb sweetener

1 ounce Enjoy Life Mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Whip together all ingredients except chocolate until a pudding consistency.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Refrigerate in serving cups. Enjoy!

Alright, so let’s proceed…

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. It can be overwhelming to decide.

Therefore, the moment the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just have you returning to square one.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Does this make sense?

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

Menu items that one plan encourages, an entirely different eating plan will limit. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s make no mistake about it… Culinary videos are, in many cases, 100% tempting. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

Clearly, this is standard, conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!

But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
