Alright, so let’s proceed…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. It can be overwhelming to decide.
I believe that as soon as the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It’ll probably have you returning to the very beginning.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Makes perfect sense, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On low-fat, you crave fat. On calorie-restriction, you crave calorically-dense foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s make no mistake about it… Cooking videos are often unbelievably will-shattering. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
Clearly, this is conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 25 drops Liquid Stevia
- Add the heavy whipping cream to a medium bowl and whip it to soft peaks using a hand mixer. Set aside.
- Add the mascarpone cheese to a large bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Mix using hand mixer.
- Sift the cocoa powder and add the liquid stevia into the mascarpone and combine using the hand mixer.
- Fold the soft peaked whipping cream into the mascarpone mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until chilled.
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge up to 1 week. Enjoy!
