INGREDIENTS
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup full-fat canned coconut cream
1 scoop MCT oil powder
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/16 tsp salt
1 tsp stevia
½ cup ice cubes
Directions:
- Pour coconut milk, coconut, MCT oil powder, cocoa powder, ice cubes, stevia and slat in an electric mixer.
- Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a glass and serve.
- Enjoy!
