Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So once you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It’ll probably return you to the beginning.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And there’s really only one reason why…
On low-carb, you crave carbs. On low-fat, you crave fat. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s make no mistake about it… Culinary videos can oftentimes be ridiculously will-weakening. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
Clearly, this is conventional weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

1 cup Strawberry halved
8 oz ricotta cheese
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp So Nourished Erythritol or to taste
1 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen
1/4 cup Greek yogurt full-fat
strawberry ricotta parfaitSave
In a blender combine ricotta, full-fat Greek yogurt, erythritol, lemon zest, lemon juice, a scoop of Perfect Keto Unflavored Keto Collagen and blend until smooth.
Add some strawberries to the bottom of glass cups, cover them with ricotta mixture, then add another layer of strawberries and a layer of ricotta mixture and continue until everything is used up.
Transfer to a fridge and chill for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
