I just wanted to say a few things…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
So once the choice has been made, and it’s time to start menu planning, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You may find yourself back at the beginning of your journey.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Makes perfect sense, right?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
Items that one diet plan allows, another plan is going to turn its nose up at. And let’s tell the truth. Meal prep videos are often completely knee-weakening. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely the world’s most popular weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

*4 tbsp butter or any nut butter or coconut oil
*heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
*a pinch of salt
1. Mix all the dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and salt.
2. Combine in the butter of choice, heavy whipping cream or coconut cream, vanilla extract and mix well.
3. If the batter is to dry add more unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk until desired consistency.
4. Fold in the chocolate pieces and roll into balls for an easier portion control.
