KETO CREAMY BACON BALLS.

INGREDIENTS

8oz. bacon

1 tbs. coconut oil

5 oz. cream cheese

5 oz. almond flour

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp salt 

Directions:

  • Fry the bacon in coconut oil until golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan, and let cool on room temperature.
  • Chop the bacon into small pieces and place in a medium-sized bowl.
  • In a bigger bowl, add cream cheese, coconut flour, salt and pepper and give them good mix by using your hands.
  • Place the big bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
  • Make 24 walnut-sized balls, using two spoons.
  • Roll them in the chopped bacon and serve.
