Here’s the story…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
Therefore, once the choice has been made, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. This often takes people back to the starting line.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Menu items that one program doesn’t allow, a totally different diet program completely permits, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s call a spade a spade… Culinary videos are often ridiculously will-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
Clearly, this is conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
So Here’s What I Recommend…
Take a look at the Keto videos category page right here on the site. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. What I would do is compile these into a new bookmark folder called “Keto Cooking Videos,” unless there’s another name you like more.

15 gms of Artificial Sweetner
50 gms of Chia Seeds
50 gms of butter
150 ml of Fresh Cream
100 gms of Mascarpone
150 gms of Cream Cheese
5 gms of Sweetner
Few drops of Vanilla Essence.
Raspberries. 14 gms
Chia Seeds. 5 gms
Mascarpone. 3 gms
Cream Cheese. 5 gms
Fresh Cream. 5 gms
Total Net Carbs. 32 gms
Net Carbs per serving : 5 – 7 gms
We can keep our Raspberry Compote in glass jar for long time .
