This video demonstrates an easy technique for how to make Keto French Crepes, grain free and sugar free keto French crepe that tastes like the traditional French crepe.
The gluten free crepe batter is simple to make and does not use cream cheese. These keto crepes are wonderful for both savory fillings or can be filled with my keto Nutella, fresh whipped cream and topped with raspberries or any of your favorite fruit to make the Croatian palacinke (Nutella filled crepes).
Well, how did the video appeal to you? I was honestly quite glad to have found it myself. Looks pretty good, if you ask me!

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
Therefore, as soon as a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You very well may find yourself in the frustrating position of having to start all over again.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Items that one eating plan won’t allow, a totally different eating plan fully allows. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s call a spade a spade… Food-based videos are, in many instances, quite will-shattering. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Seems pretty logical, really. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is standard, conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
