Keto Fried Chicken Bites.

INGREDIENTS

2 chicken breasts cut into 2-inch by 1-inch chunks

2 eggs, whisked

1 cup coconut flour

2 tbsps. onion powder

2 tbsps. garlic powder

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. paprika powder

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

2 tbsps. avocado oil 

Directions:

  • Add all the dry ingredients together into a large bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate ball and set aside
  • Dip each chicken piece first into the egg and then coat with the flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in 10-inch skillet and add oil.
  • Once avocado oil is hot, place the coated chicken bites in skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes on medium heat.
  • Cook until the bites are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve with, Keto ketchup, or Keto BBQ sauce.
