There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
As such, as soon as you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You could very well end up in the position of starting all over again.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
On low-fat, you crave fat. On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s make no mistake about it… Food-based videos are oftentimes pretty darn tempting. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is clearly standard, conventional advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
And with that, I’ll go ahead and get out of your hair now! I’d be ever-grateful if you were to click that Facebook button to the right and give Live Well Corner a like. It’ll take you just two seconds, and it will help this site to grow. 🙂
