There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

As such, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It will bring you back to the beginning.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

It’s basic, but hugely important.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And there’s really only one reason why…

That which one diet plan won’t allow, some totally different diet totally allows. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s not lie to ourselves. Cooking videos are oftentimes quite will-shattering. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.

I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.

You’ll probably recognize this as the most popular weight loss model in existence. As well it should be!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Then, bookmark your favorite recipe videos right in your own browser for easy access. Save them in an entirely new file folder which can be called “Keto Videos,” or anything else in that neighborhood.

Almond flour. 150 gms

Eggs . 2

Lemon Zest of 2 large lemons .

Lemon juice of 1 large lemon

Cream. 50 ml

Butter. 75 gms

Sweetener. 3 tbsp

Salt. 1/4 tsp

Baking powder. 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Glazing :

Lemon juice 1/2 tsp or as required

Powdered Sweetener. 3 tbsp

Net Carbs:

Almond flour. 5 gms

Lemon juice. 4 gms

Cream. 1.5 gms

Total Net Carbs. 10.5 gms

No. of servings. 16

Net Carbs per serving. 0.6 gms (approx)
