Servings 12 servings
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla stevia drops
- 1 pint Berries (1/2 blueberries and 1/2 strawberries)
- Whip together mascarpone, cream, and sweetener in large mixing bowl with electric mixer until well combined.
- Pipe into individual cups and layer with berries.
per serving with berries: 165 calories, 15.9g fat, 3.8g carb, 0.6g fiber, 1.9g protein

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, the moment you’ve made your choice, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You’re very likely to wind up in the frustrating position of starting all over from scratch.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Foods that one eating plan permits, and perhaps even encourages, another, seemingly equally legit diet program will probably limit. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s be honest. Culinary videos can be undeniably will-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This is common-sense weight loss. It probably earned its right to be!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
