MEAT BALL AND CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsps. taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsps. avocado oil
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1cup tomato puree
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together grounds beef, taco seasoning and lime juice in bowl and make 10 meat balls.
  2. Fry meat balls in pan for about 4-5 minutes until cooked.
  1. Arrange cooked meatballs in greased baking dish.
  2. Top with cheese and tomato puree.
  3. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  4. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
